Our clients receive the benefit of our team of two successful Realtors working for their interests (for the price of one!).Our clients have included first-time buyers, upgraders, empty-nesters, builders/developers, and estates.

 

One of our specialities is the listing and selling of estate and pre-estate properties. We have an exceptional record for these sales, resulting from our unique marketing and pre-MLS preparation of  property. I earned the SRES designation for Senior Real Estate Specialist to codify our team's market understanding and protocols. We work closely with family attorneys, multiple family members near and far, and service contactors who help prepare the house for market.
